Innovation

Innovation is an essential part of our strategy. We continuously seek to develop the expertise of our human resources through training as well as create new products and processes.

We recently invested in our 'further processing' plant with state-of-the-art chilled production lines. This investment will allow us to broaden our offering with value added chicken products, such as breaded steaks, burgers, nuggets, etc. as well as some unique products such as sausages, Pâté and smoked chicken.

Our association with Nando's as a supplier and our long-standing relationship with our customers in the catering business ensure the continuous success of our products, as we stay committed to provide first-class chicken to the market.

Moreover, we are also developing an export market for our products and services with established business relationships in the African region and South East Asia.

Apart from poultry feeds, its range of products also includes feeds for pigs, ruminants, rabbits, aquaculture, dogs and primates.

With technical support from South Africa and Europe for the local implementation of the latest innovations and breakthroughs on animal nutrition, Meaders Feeds in turn extends free technical support to all farmers on aspects related to farm management.
