« J'ai été recruté en 1974 pour travailler sur la ferme de Plaisance. J'étais l'un des premiers employés. A l'arrivée des premiers
poussins de parentaux en septembre 1974, j'ai commencé à travailler à l'intérieur des bâtiments, qui fut notre première expérience
en matière de démarrage d'un lot. Nous étions de véritables pionniers. Le travail était dur et on ne badinait pas avec la discipline.
En 1975 j'étais transféré au Hatchery. En 1980 j'étais employé comme chauffeur de camion au Processing Plant et j'ai passé 8 ans à Beau
Climat. Finalement en 1988 j'étais transféré au couvoir. Je considère que j'ai eu une carrière longue et satisfaisante. Ma famille et
moi-même, nous avons trouvé notre bonheur au sein de la Compagnie."
