Innodis Poultry has partnered with GreenYellow, specialised in energy transition, to set up a 2MWp solar farm, which will produce over 3,000 MWh annually, equivalent to the energy requirements of more than 1,600 individuals. This solar installation is aligned with Mauritius’ CNIS program for a carbon-neutral industrial sector and the objectives of the country to achieve 60% renewable energy in its energy mix by 2030. It is also in line with our Group’s commitment to use more renewable energy as well as embrace more sustainable practices.

Benoit Regnard, Business Development Director at GreenYellow Océan Indien, stated that their company was delighted to support our Group in our energy transition and expressed gratitude for having placed our trust in them.

Oliver Fanchette, our General Manager – Innodis Poultry, emphasised our commitment to turning challenges into opportunities. He declared that this partnership with GreenYellow and our participation in the CNIS program reflect our strategy to embrace locally produced green energy, allowing us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint, while reducing our energy costs.
